Frequently Asked Questions:
-
Do you accept Insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I am a self-pay practice only. My hourly rate is $150 for an intake session and $125 for each session thereafter. This affords me and my clients greater flexibility with scheduling, frequency of sessions, and duration of appointments. Unfortunately insurance has made it more difficult to provide needed services, so taking out the middle man allow myself and my clients to do the work that is needed without interference from an algorithm making decisions about mental health care services.
I am able to provide clients with medical receipts called Superbills that most insurances will provide a percentage for reimbursement of services received. We can talk about this process in session if you are interested.
